Robert Finch

Greetings from Dunnville, Ontario. That’s about 45 minutes southeast of Hamilton if you didn’t know. My name’s Robert (aka Bobby or Bob) Finch. I grew up in Hamilton and have been a CFL and Canadian football fan since the early 1990s.

I attended McMaster University and graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce in 2000. Since then I’ve enjoyed a rewarding career in sales and marketing. You may also know me as the chairman of the Monarchist League of Canada.

For Christmas in 1994, my parents gave my brother, my sister, and me season tickets to the Hamilton Tiger-Cats for the 1995 season. It was a part of the “Drive for ’95” ticket campaign to save the Ti-Cats. We’ve been going to games ever since.

History is one of my other interests. So, what better way is there to blend it with my football fandom than this Canadian Football History blog? If you like football and if you like history, you’ve come to the right place.
